The combined effect of the essential oils in this blend is calming and freeing. They are intended to nourish the heart, to stabilize and pacify the spirit, and to consolidate and regulate scattered Qi due to trauma.

In particular, the Floral oils in the blend produce an anti-nociceptive effect (In psychology, the term anti-nociceptive refers to a unique factor that increases tolerance for or reduces sensitivity to a dangerous or harmful stimuli, as in the case, for example, of a post traumatic stress trigger.

This essential oils blend is recommended, most importantly, as aroma therapy by inhalation directly from the bottle, by means of a few drops placed in a cup of steaming water or by using a diffuser. It is also intended as a topical application to be applied to appropriate acupuncture channel points, especially those of the Yni Wei Mai (Yin Linking Vessel), Heart, Pericardium and Kidney channels.
