This essential oil blend is recommended mainly for use by inhalation especially by steam diffusion into the air or by placing a few drops in a cup of steaming water. It may also be gently and sparingly spread, applying a few drops, over the chest, upper back and applied to points of the Lung Channel. **For topical application and inhalation only, not for internal ingestion.
