This essential oil blend is recommended as aroma therapy by inhalation directly from the bottle, by means of a few drops placed in a cup of steaming water or by using a diffuser. It is equally intended as a topical application to be placed on the bottom of the feet, and applied to appropriate acupuncture channel points.
